GRANT/FUNDING OPPORTUNITIES BEGINNING IN 2025
Limited to Members in Good Standing of the Louisiana Chapter, American College of Cardiology (hereafter LAACC). LAACC is committed to excellence in cardiovascular care for Louisiana, and grants must support the Society’s mission statement, which is to educate physicians and our community about the prevention, diagnosis, and treatment of cardiovascular disease and stroke in Louisiana.
To help support its overall mission, the LAACC is offering two funding opportunities, including the following:
- Professional Development Funding for Residents, Medical Students, Fellows, and CV Team members in Cardiology
- Community Support and Funding for Cardiovascular Programs and Initiatives Grant
A full overview of these two opportunities, including the purpose and objectives, eligibility criteria, funding details, and more may be found in the below overviews.
Grant applications may be submitted via the LAACC website or directly via this form. Applications will be reviewed by February 1 of each year with notification being sent to all applicants by March 1 of each year. (timing may be modified for first year of program) (rolling basis for educational, hard deadline for community)
For questions relating to either of these opportunities please contact Jill Hancock, LAACC Chapter Executive at 573-635-2173 or jill@c2cpro.solutions.
